About hotel facilities

About day trip bathing

Day trip bathing is available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (last admission at 3:00 PM), with a bathing fee of 1,500 yen per person.
*Wednesdays are closed for maintenance from May 2023 onward.
*A membership system (free) was put in place from April 1, 2023. An ID is required for membership card issuance.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Yes.
If you are staying at the hotel, please label your luggage by indicating the name of the person (representative) who made the reservation and your check-in date, and send to the following address.
Please note that we do not accept payment on delivery. Please pay for the sending fees prior to having your luggage sent.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The check-in time is from 5:00 PM while the check-out time is until 1:00 PM.
*These times may vary depending on the plan, therefore, please check in advance.

Can I bring visitors to the room?

Guests not staying overnight are not allowed to enter the guest room floors.
Please use the lobby or restaurants when you have guests visiting.

Does the hotel have restaurants?

There are three restaurants. Room service is also available.

Is there parking available?

There are 19 ground level parking spaces and 36 underground parking spaces.
Parking is free for all facility users.

What is the nearest station?

◆Sakurazaka Station
It takes about 15 min. on foot from Sakurazaka Station on the Subway Nanakuma Line.

◆Nishitetsu Bus: Jochi Fukuoka Chuko-mae
Take the Nishitetsu Bus #56, #57, or #58 to the Jochi Fukuoka Chuko-mae bus stop. From there, it takes about 5 min. on foot.

Is there a large public bath?

There is a large public bath on the 3rd floor.

It is open from 6:30 AM to 12:00 AM.
It is free to use for guests staying at the hotel.

Are there family baths or private baths in the large public bath?

No family or private baths are available.

Does the large public bath have an open-air bath?

There is no open-air bath. Only indoor baths are available.

Is there a convenience store?

There is no convenience store inside the hotel.
A 10-minute walk in the direction of Ozasa will take you to a Lawson.
There is also a 7-Eleven about 15 minutes away in the direction of Sakurazaka Station.

Can minors stay at the hotel by themselves?

It is possible. However, a written consent from a person with parental authority is required.
*If only minors (under 18 years old) are staying at the hotel, a written consent must be submitted. The written consent must be submitted for all minors staying at the hotel.
*If the guest is a high school student, even if he/she is 18 years old or older, a written consent must still be submitted.
*If a written consent is not submitted at check-in on the day of their stay, or if there is anything lacking in the written consent, we may refuse to accommodate them.

Can I specify my room number?

Yes, it is possible depending on availability.
Please inform us of such a request when you are making a reservation.

Are pets allowed to stay?

Pets are not allowed to stay (except for service dogs).

Please tell me about the accommodation tax.

The tax is applicable for all overnight stays after April 1, 2020.
All guests staying at the hotel, including children, are subject to the tax.
However, this does not apply to children who co-sleep with their parents and do not consume meals.

Can I use the parking lot even before checking in?

Guests staying at the hotel may use the parking lot for free.
When using the parking lot, please visit the front desk.

When will cancellation fees begin to apply?

Cancellation fees will be charged starting 3 days prior to the date of your stay.
3 days prior: 30% of the accommodation fee
1 day prior: 50% of the accommodation fee
Same day/no show: 100% of the accommodation fee
For group reservations of 15 persons or more, please inquire separately.

Is there a smoking area?

There are two indoor smoking areas located on the lobby floor (4th floor).
Although smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, smoking is permitted on the terrace outside the guest rooms on the west wing (1st to 3rd floors).

Is there a business center?

There is no business center in the hotel.
Photocopying and fax services are available at the front desk.

About hotel services

Do you have any household medicine?

In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, the hotel does not provide pharmaceutical products.

How do you handle items that have been left behind?

All items left at the hotel are kept at the front desk.
After 3 months of storage, we will dispose of any unclaimed items.

Do you offer courier services?

Yu-Pack (parcel) is available.
For Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express, we only handle payment on delivery.
Please inquire with the front desk staff.

Is there an ice machine?

There is no ice machine installed.
Please inquire with the front desk staff.

Do you have coin-operated laundry? Do you provide laundry services?

There is no coin-operated laundry in the hotel.
Laundry services are available only for guests staying multiple nights in a row.
Collection: until 9:00 AM
Return: after 5:00 PM
*Laundry services are not available on Sundays.

Can I check out late?

It is possible. However, it is subject to room availability, and therefore not guaranteed in advance.
Please contact the front desk staff the day before or on the day of your check-out.

Can I check in early?

It is possible. However, it is subject to room availability, and therefore not guaranteed in advance.
Please contact the front desk staff the day before or on the day of your check-in.
Note that you can leave your luggage at the front desk even before checking in.

Do you have wheelchairs available for use?

Wheelchairs are available for use free of charge.
Since the number of wheelchairs is limited, please make a reservation.

About guest rooms

Is there a microwave oven in the room?

There is no microwave oven in the room.
Please inform the front desk staff if you would like one.

Is it possible to add bedding (futon)?

Additional bedding (futon) is only available for Japanese-style rooms, at 3,500 yen per futon (accommodation tax of 200 yen).

Is the tap water in the room drinkable?

The tap water is drinkable.

Is it possible to add an extra bed?

Rooms for which an extra bed is possible are New Knows Old and Superior Twin.

Are there barrier-free rooms? Is it possible to borrow a wheelchair?

There are no barrier-free rooms.
Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge.
As the number is limited, we recommend that you request for a wheelchair in advance.

Are there any items that are not in the guest rooms that can be borrowed?

Various items are available for borrowing:
Trouser press, clothes iron, handheld steamer, cell phone charger, DVD player, massage cushion, sewing set, shoe polish, reading light, ice pillow, air purifier with humidifier, dehumidifier, adapter plug for overseas electrical appliance, and transformer
*There is a limit to the number of items available, so please request for them as soon as possible.

Do you have Internet access?

Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms free of charge. Wired LAN is also available.

Is there a refrigerator?

All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator.
Note that the items provided in the mini bar vary depending on the room type and plan. The refrigerators of Standard-type rooms (Single, Twin, Double) and Japanese-style rooms are usually empty.

Can appliances from overseas be used?

Transformers and adapter plugs for overseas appliances are available for you to borrow. Please inquire at the front desk.
