After rebranding to "HILLTOP RESORT FUKUOKA" in November 2023,
our first beer terrace has been revamped to pursue an even greater "deliciousness" in its offerings.
The popular "Butcher’s Grill" remains, serving up sizzling cuts of meat, while the same corner now offers an optional gibier set featuring venison from Kama City and wild boar from Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Additionally, the "MYO SALAD BAR," supervised by the "Bijin-Kenkyujo (Beauty Research Institute)," has newly opened.
This corner allows you to create your own salads by combining vegetables according to your physical condition and mood. And the popular hotel curries from last year have made a comeback, now with enhanced flavors.
You can choose from three varieties of unique hotel curries.

Butcher’s Grill
A grill corner where cuts of meat are spectacularly grilled right before your eyes. Grilled beef, pork, chicken, sausages and vegetables are served.
An optional gibier set featuring venison from Kama City and wild boar from Itoshima City newly in this year. -
MYO SALAD BAR
MYO stands for "Make-Your-Own." Enjoy your original salads by choosing vegetables you need according to your physical condition and mood from a wide variety of about 18 types of vegetables and toppings. You can create a satisfying salad if you add meat and vegetables from the grill corner.
